The CNC machining center is a precision machine tool. Generally, after five or six years of use, there will be phenomena such as low accuracy, severe wear of the lead screw and slider. The following provides a CNC machining center overhaul plan guide.

One, disintegration
1. Check whether the attachment is complete, understand the main problems of the machine tool, and borrow the information.
2. The hydraulic station, water tank, chip conveyor, oil cooler and other accessories are placed in categories and marked. Disassemble the peripheral parts of the machine such as the cover and the protective cover, and check the integrity to confirm whether it needs repair or purchase.
3. Disassemble the tool magazine and the column, and mark all the gas paths, circuits and oil paths.
4. Disassemble all parts of the bed, clean and clean.
5. According to the removed old parts, purchase lead screws, wire rails, bearings, seals, belts, lubricating parts and other vulnerable standard parts.

Two, maintenance, assembly
1, the bed part
①. Clean up and clean the installation base surface of the X and Y linear rails, check whether there are bumps on the installation surface and the backing surface, and clean it with oilstone if it is used.
②.*Change the track:
The installation surface and the backing surface are cleaned up, the line rail is cleaned, the line rail is placed on the installation base surface, and the line rail is pushed to make it closely fit with the base surface. 50 Cheng Jin loads the rail bolts from the middle to the two sides in turn, 50 Cheng Jin loads the rail bolts from the middle to the two sides, 80 Cheng Jin loads the rail bolts from the middle to the two sides, and 80 Cheng Jin loads the rail bolts from the middle to the two sides in turn. The upper casing will tighten the middle of the line rail bolts to both sides in turn, and tighten the line rail side pressing blocks in turn. Repeat the above steps on the other side of the guide rail. After installation, the non-parallelism of the two guide rails should not exceed 0.02mm. (Note: When installing the linear rail, you must be optimistic about the reference direction, the reference direction of the X-axis rail slider is installed with the reference surface of the Y-axis rail, and the Y-axis rail slider is installed with the reference surface of the table)
③. Install the screw
*Replace the lead screw bearing, install the lead screw according to the manual or the dismantled bearing installation method. The parallelism error of the lead screw and the line rail is no more than 0.02mm on the upper line and the side line. It is equipped with reaming pin holes.
④. After the X and Y axes are installed, the verticality of the two guide rails must meet the requirements of the machine tool factory certificate.
2, workbench
Four equal height blocks are used to fix the worktable based on the mounting surface of the worktable linear rail slide block. The guide rail is ground and the worktable surface is exposed to light.
3, the main shaft part:
①. It is required that the contact area of ​​the spindle taper hole is not less than 80%, and the contact area of ​​the big head part is more than that of the small head.
②.*Replace disc springs, bearings, seals, etc., and assemble the spindle. Adjust the back nut to make the spindle beating to meet the requirements of the factory certificate; adjust the tension of the disc spring so that the reading of the spindle tension meter falls within the range of 700-900kg. If the tension of the spindle cannot meet the requirements, please refer to ③.
③. Check the intake pressure of the tool-changing booster cylinder, clean the cylinder and *change the seals, *change the oil in the oil cup, if the booster cylinder is still moving slowly and working weakly, contact the technician to confirm whether to change it.
④.*Change the spindle timing belt.
4, column part
①. Check the parallelism of the guide rail surface of the column with the guide rail grinding. The total length must not exceed 0.02mm.
②. With scraper plate, the contact area requires more than 16 points in the range of 25x25mm.
③. With scraping strips, the contact area requires more than 16 points in the range of 25x25mm.
④. When installing the column and the bed, the verticality of the column and the work surface should be adjusted. The X and Z directions, Y and Z directions should all meet the requirements of the certificate, and the Y and Z directions are only allowed to be planted.
⑤. Install the tool magazine according to the way it was removed. Check the status of the tool magazine and manipulator. Use the three-piece tool setting to adjust the tool change point of the tool magazine. The tool magazine is required to be flexible and reliable. The spindle blow pressure and flow rate when changing the tool. suitable.

Three, debugging
1. Check and repair the lubrication system, the status of the pressure gauge, clean the lubrication system filter, dredge the oil circuit, and *change the lubricating oil.
2. Check and repair the air system, the state of the pressure gauge, clean the air filter, and eliminate leakage.
3. Check the hydraulic system, clean the filter, air cooler, clean the oil tank, *change the hydraulic oil, *change the seals.
4. Check all limits; check the tension of the main shaft again, and the main shaft jumps; all the moving parts such as guide rails, lead screws, bearings, etc. must be lubricated, and the lubrication pressure should be adjusted according to the instructions.
5. Install the machine tool protection and accessories. After the protection is installed, grease the protection cover before the machine tool moves, and it is not allowed.
6. ​​The laser interferometer compensates the screw pitch of each axis.
7. The machine has been running without failure for three days without any problems, and it is tested.
8. Spray paint.
